If there was a travel issue, gather details and transfer to a specialized phone team for follow up. Any sensitive issues were sent directly to the client.

Pass on information to team about changes. Coach 17-20 agents a week and make action plans. Correct time punches as needed. Take supervisor calls. Enforce policies to assure security of patient information. Answer questions or assist entire sales floor of over 100 agents.
Have short stories published in several anthologies, ezines and magazines.
Edited seven anthologies and co-edited another for small presses.
Many authors worked with have gone on to be editors or sign contracts with larger publishing houses.
Graduated 12/16/2001 but took another writing class the following semester.
