Contact Form and FAQs

This page contains a contact form at the bottom of the page for you to contact us as well as some frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you successfully use our platform. We trust you will find this page useful and please let us know what we have forgotten to add to this page.

What is the difference between a service and a project?

A service is offered by a Freelance only. It is a specific service with a specific price, due date and other details. A project is posted by an Employer. When an Employer posts a project, Freelancers can pitch for the work and the Employer can choose who to go with.

How to review a service?

Login to your FIF account. Hover over your name on the top right corner of the screen. Move down to “manage services” and then click on “ongoing services.” A page will open and you will see the services you have paid for. Find the service you want to review and change the service from “hired” to “complete.” After this you will have a chance to review it. Please note that this will tell us that the work is completed so that we release funds to the freelancer.

How to review a project?

Login to your FIF account. Hover over your name on the top right corner of the screen. Move down to “manage projects” and then click on “ongoing project.” A page will open and you will see the projects you have paid for. Find the project you want to review and change the project from “hired” to “complete.” After this you will have a chance to review it. Please note that this will tell us that the work is completed so that we release funds to the freelancer.

How to add a service?

Login to your FIF account. Hover over your name on the top right corner of the screen. Move down to “manage services” and then click on “post a service.” A page will open and you will have a chance to fill in the details for your new service. Fill in the form and then click the “save and update” button to finish.

How to update a service?

Login to your FIF account. Hover over your name on the top right corner of the screen. Move down to “manage services'' and then click on “posted services.” A page will open and you will see all the services you have posted. Find the service you want to update, hover over to the “action” column and then click the blue update icon. This will allow you to update the service. When you are done, click the “save and update” button.

How do I get paid for work?

Once the project or service is completed by the employer, your money will be processed for payment. In order for this to happen we need you to add your payment settings in your profile, if it is bank or PayPal, please add these. To do this login to your FIF account. Hover over your name on the top right corner of the screen. Move down to “Payout Settings” and add your details accordingly. We will know that the project or service is complete when the employer marks the project or service from "hired" to "complete." Please ensure that they do this.

How to report a Freelancer?

Login to your FIF account. Go to the freelancer's profile. Scroll down to the “report this freelancer” and leave a comment for us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

How ro report an Employer?

Login to your FIF account. Click on the employer's name from either the service or project you have been hired from. Scroll down to the “report this employer” and leave a comment for us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
